Job Summary

 

Levy Restaurants Group is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Catering/Suite Attendants, Restaurant Servers, and Premium Runners. These roles are key to delivering a memorable experience for guests at Baltimore Locations by providing exceptional service to fans in exclusive areas. As part of our premium hospitality team, you’ll ensure that suite and VIP guests receive top-tier service, gourmet food and beverages, and an elevated dining experience. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Event Setup and Preparation: Prepare suites for guests by setting up food, beverages, and amenities according to service standards. Maintain Cleanliness and Presentation: Ensure that suite areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies before, during, and after each event.
• Food and Beverage Service: Provide attentive service to suite guests, taking orders, handling requests, and ensuring that all needs are met throughout the event. Table Service: Greet guests in premium dining areas, take orders, and provide attentive table service while delivering food and beverages with accuracy and efficiency. 
• Guest Interaction: Engage guests courteously, answer questions about menu items, and create a personalized experience for each suite guest.
• Menu Knowledge: Communicate knowledgeably about menu items and specials, answer guest questions, and offer suggestions to enhance their dining experience.
• Assist Servers and Attendants: Support catering/suite attendants and servers by refilling supplies, gathering orders, and providing additional assistance as needed.
• Guest Service: Interact with guests in premium seating areas to fulfill requests and ensure a high-quality experience throughout the event.
• Inventory and Stock Management: Help monitor and replenish stock levels of fo
