Job Summary

Travel Resource Team Lead has the responsibility for leading the dining service team members toward client satisfaction with food quality and meal service from pre-opening of the business, during opening and after transition of new business. This position involves being on site two weeks prior and 3-4 weeks after opening.

This leader will be responsible for developing effective working relationships with clients and team members while training and directing the team. The TRTL's are responsible, without limitation, to ensure the smooth operation of the facility and position you are supporting. Travel requires 10 days on, 4 days off schedules, however, there are occasions where 5 day, 50 hour work weeks are more standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for training the DSD on all Compass Community Living operating systems, procedures and standards.
Enusres high quality foods and service are provided to all customers.
Food and supply purchasing as needed - adhering to product specifications and authorized vendors.
Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project
Responsible for inputting and managing payroll
Communicates project details across all levels of the organization and across multiple departments proactively

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Culinary degree
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Prefer multi-unit experience
A valid driver's license
Excellent verbal and written skills
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, One Note, Word, Excel, Power Point
Proven ability to define and execute change strategies
Able to manage multiple projects at a time with sharp organizational skills
