<p>If you want to experience how things are done in the Group Finance team at our headquarters in Hannover/Germany, join us on a permanent basis commencing at the earliest possible date as a Senior Financial Accountant / Consolidation Expert IFRS Financial Statements. </p> <h2>You can look forward to</h2> <p>You work as part of a team and play a pivotal role in applying your expertise to the preparation of the consolidated annual financial statement as well as the quarterly financial statements. In this context, your task area will include the following activities:</p> <ul> <li>Making consolidation entries with a focus on capital consolidation </li> <li>Dealing with matters requiring consolidation, in particular corporate acquisitions and disposals </li> <li>Verifying the plausibility of automatic processing steps </li> <li>Quality assurance of the individual financial statements included in the consolidated financial statement </li> <li>Supporting selected reporting units with an eye to technical matters as well as those relating to IFRS</li> <li>Providing information to the Executive Board, independent auditors, etc.</li> <li>Helping to process and present the implications of changes in international accounting practices </li> </ul> <h2>You come equipped with</h2> <ul> <li>University degree with a concentration in auditing, tax, insurance or business mathematics </li> <li>Very good knowledge of international accounting practices under IFRS</li> <li>In-depth consolidation expertise, especially in capital consolidation </li> <li>Experience in the field of Group accounting according to IFRS </li> <li>Proficient user skills in German (level C1) and independent user skills in English (level B2)</li> </ul> <p>On a personal level, you can impress us with your capacity for analytical thinking and your flexibility.
