Data Analyst Support

Qualis Corporation is seeking a  skilled technical advisory and assistance support as system integrator and technical management support for 96 RANSS. The data analyst will provide full spectrum Microsoft DAF365 integration of SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, and other cloud-based Microsoft applications such as PowerApps and Power Automate. The data analyst will also  provide experienced support for duties and responsibilities to include the following:

·        Analysis, design, development, implementation, and support leveraging SharePoint, Microsoft Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, and MS365 Office capabilities.

·        Organization of data, data management and building of infrastructures for systems integration.

·        Provide API authentication key bypass for leveraging real-time reporting from Power BI from applications like myFSS, myLearning, etc. 

·        Develop solutions for issues leveraging MS365 cloud-based platforms.

·        Provide out-of-the-box automation functionality utilizing SharePoint, Power BI, and Teams which will include list/library creation and customization, permissions management, workflows and content management and critical infrastructure.

·        Create dashboard tools to enhance visibility of content and collections.

·        Develop embedded PowerApps and Power BI products into SharePoint pages for enhanced user experiences.

·        Provide configuration controls of all documents associated with the Improvement and Modernization (I&M) needs and solutions data calls.

·        Provide configuration controls of documentation for all active projects to include Project Management Plans (PMP), Technical Capabilities Requirement Documents (TCRD), and Life Cycle Management Plans (LCMP) in accordance with the Program Execution Guide (PEG).

·        Automate processes to input and track all Unfunded Requirements (UR), FIN Plan, and POM data calls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-10 years of related experience
• Must have a Secret Security Clearance
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Adobe Acrobat applications
• Understand and obey applicable policies, laws and regulations
• Must have an understanding of the specific procedures and processes of the Air Force Test Center and DoD regulations and guidelines.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while being able to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
