WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Career Case Manager is a non-exempt position responsible for assisting with the coordination of courtroom liaison activities, job development, job placement, and case management. The Career Case Manager also assists in the establishment of responsible parenthood for individuals participating in the Non-Custodial Parent Employment Program.

  • Provide comprehensive case management to clients.
  • Identify and implement improvements in existing programs.
  • Participate in the development of individual employment plan for clients.
  • Establish community-based employment sites.
  • Identify and provide individualized job development.
  • Record, analyze and extract reports of employment processes.
  • Provide follow-along services to applicable program participants.
  • Support program with linkage to other applicable internal and external programs.
  • Inform supervisor on employment job sites to ensure that they are accessible and in compliance with safety/health standards of this agency and other accrediting agencies.
  • Ensure monthly two peer reviews.
  • Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, and experience with NCPEP for two (2) to four (4) years
