Responsibilities

As the Quality Management Analyst joining our Quality Outcomes team, you’ll manage clinical databases, collect and interpret quality data, and transform findings into actionable insights that support key initiatives and decision-making across our system. Your knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements —and your ability to apply them —will have a significant impact on our operational functions. Whether you’re identifying performance trends, analyzing risk indicators, or supporting quality improvement initiatives, your contributions will help ensure we deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care every step of the way.

Qualifications

Education & Experience  

• High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) or Completion of a CMC Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required 

• 1 year of previous experience in Performance Improvement, Quality Management activities or clinical data analysis required
