Position Summary: We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful Operations Intern to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of Pronghorn's internal processes and external programs. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong interest in business administration, process improvement, and supporting a mission-driven organization.
Key Competencies & Responsibilities:
Operational Support & Logistics
- Day-to-Day Operations: Support the team with daily operational tasks, including managing calendars, coordinating meeting schedules, and handling general logistical needs.
- Process Improvement: Assist in reviewing, documenting, and improving internal processes, workflows, and resource guides to enhance team efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Projects: Collaborate on a variety of cross-functional initiatives, such as organizing company events, compiling internal reports, and supporting the implementation of new systems.
Systems & Resource Management
- Light IT Support: Provide basic technology support, including setting up new employee devices (laptops, monitors, etc.) and assisting with basic software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Vendor and Procurement: Help manage relationships with key vendors, assist with procurement processes, and ensure internal tools and supplies are tracked and maintained.
- Administrative Tasks: Take ownership of various ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as needed to support the executive and operational teams.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings and contribute meaningful input to operational planning sessions.

- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Skills in professional communication, negotiation support, and maintaining positive relationships with external partners and internal teams.
- Executive & Administrative Support: The ability to prioritize, manage logistics, and anticipate needs to effectively support high-level business functions.
