Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining cooperative relationships with their assigned member population and community partners. Must educate, train, research and resolve problems, provide benefit assistance and information. This position is also responsible for managing special projects and community events. Must be bilingual Spanish.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Health Care or Business Administration OR 4 years work experience in insurance environment
• 4 years of experience in health care administration, community health OR grant management
• Knowledge of the health care industry
• Knowledge of contracts, applications and products
• Knowledge of claims processing systems
• Interpersonal, analytical, presentation and communication skills
• Organizational and planning skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Ability to travel, including overnight stays
• PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish.
• Marketing experience
• Medicaid/State Coverage Insurance experience

Base Pay Range

$53,500.00 - $118,100.00
