Why does this role exist?
The client is accelerating an influencer-driven music campaign and needs a senior AI specialist who can rapidly generate studio-quality video and audio assets at scale. This role owns the end-to-end pipeline—from AI prompting and 3D face/video generation to editing, mixing/mastering, and packaging turnkey deliverables—so content is ready to post quickly. The hire ensures precision, speed, and repeatability, reducing errors while increasing creative output week over week.

The Impact you’ll make

AI content generation and prompt engineering

• Design, test, and refine prompts across ChatGPT and generative video/music tools (Runway, D-ID, Synthesia, OneMoreShot, Soma, etc.).
• Generate and enhance 3D face/portrait and video assets from provided footage and text prompts.
• Build reusable presets, workflows, and templates to enable fast, repeatable outputs.

End-to-end video production

• Edit, color grade, composite, and finalize assets in Premiere/After Effects or DaVinci Resolve.
• Integrate generative shots with live or 3D face outputs; manage lighting, shadows, and consistency.
• Render optimized, platform-ready formats/aspect ratios for social channels.

Audio/music creation and post

• Create generative music beds and stems (e.g., via Soma or similar) and arrange in Ableton or Logic.
• Edit, mix, and master using Izotope or equivalent; sync audio tightly to picture.
• Execute voice synthesis/cloning and processing using ElevenLabs or similar tools.

Rapid iteration, QA, and documentation

• Deliver at least one polished video+audio asset weekly, with version notes and documentation for future iterations.
• Run QA to eliminate repeat errors; apply feedback quickly and precisely.
• Maintain organized libraries for assets, presets, stems, and templates.

Collaboration and operations

• Partner closely with client stakeholders and CSM; communicate trade-offs and technical recommendations.
• Provide tool/pipeline suggestions to improve speed, quality, and cost.
• Produce light graphics in Photoshop/Canva to support deliverables.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• Experience producing AI-driven video and audio content, including prompt engineering and 3D face/video generation (Runway, D-ID/Synthesia, OneMoreShot or equivalents).
• Advanced video editing and finishing in Premiere/After Effects or DaVinci Resolve (color, lighting, shadows, compositing, rendering).
• Strong audio capabilities: generative music from text prompts; creating beds/stems; editing, mixing, mastering in Ableton or Logic; voice synthesis (e.g., ElevenLabs) and processing; Izotope or equivalent.
• Proven track record building reusable presets/pipelines/templates that enable rapid, repeatable outputs; portfolio of social-ready AI video+audio assets.
• Availability to work full-time, 40 hrs/week, 8am–5pm Pacific Time at $9 USD/hour, with quick turnaround expectations.
