Location: 301 Lafayette St., Mexico, MO 65265
Shift: 3rd Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM
Job Type: Full Time
Compensation: $23.28/hour; plus $1.00 shift differential

What You’ll Do
As an Operator II, you’ll play a key role in keeping our plant running safely and efficiently. You’ll work hands-on with equipment, support daily operations, and be part of a team that keeps everything moving.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting plant operations and rotating with Operator I
Monitoring equipment and assisting with process operations
Collecting samples and helping ensure product quality
Performing safety checks, inspections, and housekeeping tasks
Assisting with minor maintenance and troubleshooting equipment
Cleaning and maintaining filters and process systems
Preparing and handling process chemicals safely
Working closely with your team and supervisors to keep operations running smoothly
A Day in the Life
No two days are exactly the same; here’s what you can expect:
You might start your shift reviewing updates from the previous team, then head out to check equipment and monitor operations. Throughout the day, you’ll rotate through different areas, assist with sampling and testing, and help keep everything running efficiently. You’ll perform safety checks, help with minor maintenance, and work alongside your team to solve problems as they come up.
Some days are fast-paced, especially when supporting production needs or addressing equipment issues, but you’ll always have a team around you. You’ll be moving, learning, and contributing to something bigger every day.
What We’re Looking For
18 years or older
High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer skills
What the Job Requires
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (bending, climbing, kneeling, etc.)
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise)
Willingness to wear required safety gear (PPE)
Ability to work at heights and in industrial environments
Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written)
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and different shifts
