Maintenance Supervisor

Kellanova is looking for our newest Maintenance Supervisor Join us at our Muncy, PA plant. This role operates 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm) on a 2-2-3 schedule. In this role you’ll collaborate with skilled tradesmen and other leaders across the plant floor to solve mechanical and electrical problems, as well as execute on continuous improvement initiatives!

• Drive Change - Incorporating a culture of inclusion and continuity within all departments through Continuous Improvement
• Strategize to Win - Directing, training and developing maintenance team members for assigned area/shift
• Drive Efficiency - Using problems solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and/or mitigate maintenance issues
• Impact Results - Identifying opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through applying LEAN manufacturing principals
• Take a New Angle - Identifying, implementing and documenting maintenance and reliability best practices

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

• High School Diploma or GED and related work experience
• Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP or a similar planning software
• Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levels of the organization

 

Compensation

 

The annual salary range is $72,560 - $95,235, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
