Engagement, Inclusion & Diversity Consultant (EI&D) - Hybrid (Midtown)

The Engagement, Inclusion and Diversity Consultant reporting to the VP Engagement, Inclusion and Diversity, partners with employees/leaders at all levels and Equifax Employee Networks to continually support our employees unique experience.
Using an employee centric approach, the Engagement, Inclusion and Diversity Consultant will support and manage programs/processes related to operations of Equifax Employee Networks, capability building and learning (in partnership with Learning & Development) and managing operations of employee insights (exit/stay interviews and engagement survey).
This role follows a hybrid workplace model offering the flexibility to work remotely as well as in our global corporate HQ building in Midtown! (This is not a fully-remote role)
What you’ll do:
People and Culture
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure engagement, diversity and inclusion are at the forefront of all approaches, communications, and business practices
Track impact of EI&D events/engagements and partner with People & Analytics partner to capture member statistics
Support targeted philanthropic activities including volunteerism, EFX Gives and foundation partners
Partner with VP EI&D to manage employee insights gathering (exit and stay interviews), provide recommended actions and develop action plans
Partner with VP Talent Acquisition and communications to support Employer Branding efforts
Employee Networks and Engagement
Support Employee Network expansion and management inclusive of daily operations/touchpoints and lead global Employee Network strategy development
Manage cultural, philanthropic and heritage month observances in partnership with Equifax employee networks and communication partner
Develop content, training and recognition programming for network collaboration and engagement.
Assist in execution of global engagement survey and action planning for the enterprise.
Training & Development
Partner with Learning and & Organizational Development team to review opportunities to expand training and development resources including EFX Climb internal learning platform and gather insights on future needs
Lead, develop and facilitate training/development programs for Managers/Human Resource Business Partners training (onboarding, year end celebrations, etc.)
Create and update Engagement, Inclusion & Diversity resources for all employee levels inclusive of senior leadership
Communication
Create and edit presentations for various audiences (Employee Networks, HR Leadership, etc.)
Respond to inquiries about policies, processes and overall vision for EI&D for the enterprise, partnering with VP EI&D for further consideration.
Refresh and update resources on internal resource sites (I&D internal homepage, Community pages, Equifax Gives, etc.)
Initiate/serve as a resource for internal and external communications (creative requests, employee spotlights, EFX central articles, social media, etc.) in partnership with the EFX communications team and employee groups.
Benchmarking, Data & Reporting
Provide insight into external EI&D trends with subsequent recommendations and lead external survey/benchmarking efforts
Experience with data gathering, analysis, and metric driven decision making
Gathers and processes data to generate reports on periodic and ad hoc basis
Review data for accuracy and relevance identifying trends and making recommendations for updating reporting fields or new report creation
What experience you need:
5+ years of professional experience in Communications, Human Resources, Inclusion & Diversity or related field with experience in a fast-paced, matrix environment
Ability to develop and implement detailed work plans in order to accomplish a goal/objective
