Europe - AP Accountant

<p><strong>Key Activities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>ASK Finance Tool Maintenance </li> <li>Generates standard reports as defined within the AP process and ad hoc requests, as required by the team leader</li> <li>Invoice Processing</li> <li>(Period end) Processing and reporting </li> <li>Achieves performance objectives agreed with assigned Team Leader</li> <li>Performs other duties as required within AP area as agreed with the assigned team lead</li> <li>Contribute to achievement of Accounts Payable performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>BSc in Economics or Business Administration with Major in accounting (or studies in progress)</li> <li>Professional certification such as a CPA or a CMA is an advantage </li> <li>Typically 0-1 years of experience in Accounts Payable processes </li> <li>Fluent command of business English</li> <li>Analytical skills</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills </li> <li>Able to work as part of a team </li> <li>Ability to work under time pressures </li> </ul>
