Analyst, Quality Audit Control

Analyzes basic documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and records, to verify adherence to defined standards and requirements. Gather, and analyze data to drive process improvements. Collaborates with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality and predictable outcomes. Enhances operational efficiency, ensures compliance with reporting requirements, and contributes to the overall success of healthcare operations. Analyzes data and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that may require further investigation or improvement actions by management. Collaborates with stakeholders to develop action plans and track implementation progress. Drafts clear and concise audit reports summarizing findings, observations, and recommendations, and communicating results to management and relevant stakeholders. Builds a culture of continuous improvement by monitoring audit trends, identifying recurring issues, and suggesting process enhancements to strengthen controls and overall quality.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets operational data to identify and act upon key trends, patterns, and insights
• Collects, analyzes, reports data related to dispensing accuracy, service trends, volume, turnaround time, and cost
• Builds regular reports and presentations to communicate trends, results, performance metrics, and updates to internal stakeholders
• Establishes effective communication channels and feedback mechanisms to address concerns and timely and accurate delivery of data
• Develops and conducts quality audits to identify errors, deviations from standard procedures, and opportunities for improvement
• Actively contributes to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects, including sharing ideas, providing feedback, and contributing to the overall goals of the team
• Assist team members with tasks, timelines, and deliverables, including collaborating on projects, sharing information and ensuring effective communication with the team
• Ability to compute rates, percentages, averages, means, modes and convert to graphs as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of SPRx
• 2+ years of Data interpretation and analysis experience
• The ideal candidate would have the following expertise and experience; Microsoft Excel & MS SQL Server management

·       Rx Navigator

·       Peoplesafe

·       Hemo Dashboard

·       SharePoint

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$21.10 - $40.90

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
