This position will be responsible for successfully overseeing and executing the launch process for new products and services into the marketplace. As a launch manager, job duties include: collaborating transversely across Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to plan a structured go to market process, implement that plan, and analyze results to improve future launches.

This role is based at our McLean, VA location. Appian was built on a culture of in-person collaboration, which we believe is a key driver of our mission to be the best. To be successful in this role, you need to:

• Possess strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to draw clarity out of complex and ever-changing environments.

• Have a strong project management background, likely as a former product manager, program manager, or member of a PMO.

• Combine creative thinking and analytics to develop a sophisticated understanding of Appian’s business.

• Have solid organizational skills, be strategic in your thought processes, and structured in your execution.

Basic Qualifications:

• B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing, or Computer Science

• 0-2 years of project management, product management, or product marketing experience

• Advanced skills with productivity software including the Microsoft Office or Google suite
