Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal recruiting team.

How Role will make an impact

  • Manages the day-to-day full cycle recruitment efforts for assigned requisitions including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and on-boarding of new hires.
  • Develops recruitment plans, search strategies, and target lists of potential candidates and competitor companies.
  • Partners with hiring managers to recruit for a variety of positions within all divisions/departments in CSA's portfolio of services.
  • Assists managers with hiring procedures, interviewing candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Actively manage your KPIs by developing and analyzing key metrics to ensure the monthly company goals are met and/or exceeded.
  • Posts requisitions and open positions, advances and dispositions applicants in the applicant tracking system.
  • Develop an effective pipeline of key talent within the ATS system.
  • Generates qualified candidates through attending career fairs, networking, posting on social media tools, professional networking sites.
  • Evaluates applicants based on employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral.
  • Conducts initial candidate screening interviews to discuss program details, evaluate skill set, technical abilities and overall fit for position, job responsibilities, benefits, and compensation.
  • Tracks candidates through the full recruitment cycle identifies qualified candidates, initiates, and monitors the multi-step interview process, populates, and refines applicant files, appropriate records and tracking report processes and understands EEOC and OFCCP recruiting compliance.
  • Participates in continuous process improvements for talent acquisition and the company at large via measurement tools, scorecards, and recruitment metrics.
  • Constantly works to improve the CSA’s employer brand and promotes a positive candidate experience.

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team

  • 8+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with standard internet-based recruiting tools and social media recruiting.
  • Ability to develop strong professional relationships with candidates, as well as leaders and peers within a large organization.
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System daily (currently using lever)
  • Experience with recruitment metrics: time to fill, quantity, quality, diversity, and veteran hiring goals.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD clearance

What sets you apart

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience within a government or defense contractor.
  • Experience recruiting for acquisition, cyber & IT, mission support, program management, and logistics professionals in a defense contracting organization
  • Prior experience working on a geographically distributed Talent Acquisition team
  • Exposure to U.S. Military/Department of Defense (DoD) operations or projects
  • International Recruiting experience
