IT Support Associate - Level IV

We are looking for a talented IT Support Associate - Level IV to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Cummins Inc. facility in Mineral Point, WI.

Education/Experience

• High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education, or equivalent experience (to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations) required.
• Associate degree, relevant industry training, certification or equivalent experience preferred. 
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. 
• Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.

Additional Information

• Position is 100% on site, with the primary location being the Cummins Mineral Point, WI, but also supporting additional the Stoughton, and Janesville sites.

Technical duties include:

• Help to set up and monitor data closet equipment including servers and UPS.
• Monitor and report on general site health status including data closet equipment, servers, network, and clients.
• Assist with the running of cables and provide guidance to local team on cable runs and termination.
• Escort vendors within the site so they can do maintenance tasks on data closet systems.
• Assist the site lead with server operations as needed.
• Set up new servers and clients according to documented processes.
• Perform standard maintenance tasks on clients and servers including patches, agent installation, and incident troubleshooting.
