Sr. Marketplace Ops Assistant

Shopbop is looking for a highly-structured, process-oriented, and customer-focused team player, with an ability to partner across teams successfully and effectively. This individual will be responsible for managing and maintaining Marketplace product selection by monitoring and creating processes to resolve on site defects, monitoring marketing and helping with campaign creation, and executing promotions. This individual must be an excellent communicator and be able to dive deep to problem solve.

Key job responsibilities
-Maintain pricing, promotions, defect resolution and buyability for listings
-Assist with campaign creation
-Work with Shopbop teams to ensure customer facing information is correct
-Contribute to refinement and creation of processes to improve efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

- • Experience working in e-commerce / retail / supply chain / financial services business
- • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
- • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- • Strong attention to detail
- • Ability to learn quickly
- • Highly organized with excellent prioritizing skills

Preferred Qualifications

- • Experience with reporting software
- • Prior experience working with Amazon Seller tools
- • Advanced computer skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $36,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $86,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
