Corvid Technologies is seeking a skilled and dedicated Corporate Janitorial Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our facility. As a Corporate Janitorial Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the functionality and appearance of our office. Daily Responsibilities:
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of various floors by performing routine cleaning tasks including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfection of counters, and trash collection.
Inventory management of maintenance supplies and equipment. Initiate procurement requests for supplies as needed and ensure that stock levels are maintained.
Work closely with other members of the facilities team to coordinate efforts and address cross-functional maintenance needs.
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship.
- The ability to lift and move heavy objects, bend, kneel, reach, and otherwise engage in potentially strenuous situations.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Attention to detail, efficiency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
