Corporate Janitorial Specialist

Corvid Technologies is seeking a skilled and dedicated Corporate Janitorial Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our facility. As a Corporate Janitorial Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the functionality and appearance of our office. Daily Responsibilities:

• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of various floors by performing routine cleaning tasks including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfection of counters, and trash collection.

• Inventory management of maintenance supplies and equipment. Initiate procurement requests for supplies as needed and ensure that stock levels are maintained.

• Work closely with other members of the facilities team to coordinate efforts and address cross-functional maintenance needs.

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship.
• The ability to lift and move heavy objects, bend, kneel, reach, and otherwise engage in potentially strenuous situations.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Attention to detail, efficiency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
