Qualifications:

• Must have a good sense of what is clean and how to keep up with heavy or light use.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Very detail-oriented.
• Take pride in the building and pace his/her work so that all work is completed daily.
• Be available for overtime when needed.
•  Stand for 8 to 10 hours
• Must be able to bend, lift, and twist.
• Must have good verbal and written understanding of the English language, work independently, and manage multiple priorities. The ability to count and use basic math skills, lift up to 60 lbs., and work well with others is essential. 
• Be willing to work overtime as needed. 
• This is a Safety Sensitive position.
