Regional Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Your Key Responsibilities

• Elaborates and monitors implementation of maintenance standards and guidelines, for all organizations in the Americas region as assigned.
• Support management in the design of maintenance standards and guidelines.
• Design implementation programs and trainings, and ensure roll-out, in cooperation with regional or local maintenance staff.
• Cooperate with external service providers if necessary and monitor the service level.
• Connect with stakeholders on operations management level, to support the implementation of programs.
• Deploy guidelines, trainings and materials to the local organization and act as a contact person in the subject matter.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar
• Minimum 3 years of experience within maintenance in a manufacturing environment 
• Effective communications skill
