Job Description:

The Process Execution and Operations Payroll Process Analyst is the subject matter expert regarding applicable procedures, actions, and internal reviews related to the collection, verification, management, and approval of all Employee Banking &Investing (EBI) eligible payroll identifiers and company information required to deliver the EBI eligibility. This position will also provide LOB infrastructure support* plus data integrity review and maintenance for related activities. The person must be detailed oriented in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple high priorities with hard stop deliverable due dates.

*Infrastructure support example: Partnering with infrastructure & technology teams and developers for program management updates and maintenance (e.g. user support, data management and reporting).

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and flawlessly execute Payroll Identifier and Company Information process

  • Resolve broad payroll and company information operational topics and coordinate the response activities across lines of business and operations segments as needed

  • Perform payroll research as part of Complaint root cause analysis

  • Provide real-time, professional feedback to peers and their managers when errors or deeper Corporate Client conversations need to occur

  • Represent Process Execution and Operations team with various levels of leadership, audit reviews, Business Controls routines; maintain and report process metrics

  • Respond to Risk, Audit, or Enterprise testing inquiries; ensure compliance documentation is accurate and complete

  • Address high priority items, in parallel, while maintaining integrity of large datasets of program-sensitive information

  • Provide guidance and input to team associate readiness tools

  • Drive collaboration with business partners to increase operational excellence

  • Oversee peer-reviews plus provide peer-review support to other EBI teammates who leverage the outputs of the Payroll and Company Information process

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with managing, manipulating, and maintaining large structured and unstructured datasets

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent change management skills with a focus on clear requirements documentation and associate readiness

  • Ability to quickly understand existing processes

  • Able to work autonomously with strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to assess unexpected events and quickly determine if-and-when an observation must be escalated to leadership and Business Controls

  • Self-starter with minimal oversight

  • Manages priorities without sacrificing quality or timeliness

  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional partners and teams

  • Documents gaps, and considers those gaps while influencing change for the future

  • Desire to work in dynamic fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to advocate ideas

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with - Interact; RPWS Salesforce; Tableau reporting tools; Consumer Remediation; WebEx; Outlook; SharePoint; JIRA; SAS and User Acceptance Testing experience

  • SPI and POP Knowledge

  • Process design oriented

  • Product Knowledge

  • Payroll Knowledge (i.e. National Automated Clearing House Association knowledge)
