This position reports to Director of Data Center Operations<strong>.</strong></p> <p><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage projects to accommodate towards customers 100% uptime</li> <li>Initiate projects for operational processes and procedures</li> <li>Responsible for ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of critical planned maintenance, that meets all EdgeConneX standards and procedures, by leveraging competent contractor/vendor resources with attention to quality</li> <li>Ensures that the Director of Data Center Operations is fully informed and briefed on all critical planned and corrective work occurring in the data centers</li> <li>Plans and implements customer-requested work in a timely manner. Ensures that the customer and Director of Data Center Operations are informed on the status and details of the work</li> <li>In concert with the Director of Data Center Operations: <ul> <li>Plans work on critical 1-line equipment according to Planned Preventive Maintenance Schedule, including roadmap to be approved by Director of Data Center Operations and/or Nominated person in control of an electrical installation.
