Pharmacy Oncology Clinical Fellow

The resident will gain experience in applied pharmacokinetics, pharmacogenomics, nutrition support, pediatric pharmacotherapy, and unique practice settings such as critical care and bone marrow transplantation. In addition, the resident will participate in patient education, drug information, Pharmacy and Therapeutics functions, quality improvement programs, protocol development, and program development. Along with direct patient care responsibilities, the resident will have opportunities to precept Doctor of Pharmacy students, provide didactic lectures, in-services, and journal clubs. The resident also participates in various committee meetings within the institution and conducts collaborative clinical research. Completion of the program will prepare the resident to pursue a career in the field of pediatric oncology.
