Job Details:

SUMMARY:

• Operate the Track Mobile (Shuttle Wagon) and weigh rail cars.
• Responsible for completion of all required paperwork.
• Learn edible rendering and load out processes.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience: 6 plus months Rendering experience preferred.
• Travel: None
• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills preferred.
• Communication Skills:  Must have good written and verbal skills.
• Attention to detail.
