Senior IT Service Engineer

<p>In this exciting time of scaling our product and innovating the company with new tools, we are looking for an <strong>Senior IT Service Engineer</strong> to join our <strong>Bucharest </strong>office team! The person in this role will provide technical assistance to our users and staff, with duties such as ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software tools, enhancing system performance, but also standardizing and innovating our IT infrastructure through interesting projects.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leading advanced IT support tasks and critical incident resolution</li> <li>Owning and maintaining M365 systems, user provisioning, app integrations (SSO, Exchange, SharePoint)</li> <li>Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS or GCP</li> <li>Acting as technical owner for multiple business-critical tools</li> <li>Supporting API and platform integrations using standard tools and documentation</li> <li>Mentoring junior team members and reviewing their work</li> <li>Leading procurement, setup, and configuration of IT equipment</li> <li>Performing root cause analysis of complex software/hardware issues</li> <li>Driving documentation efforts and contributing to strategic IT initiatives</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deep expertise in M365, including advanced admin tasks and platform integrations</li> <li>Profound understanding of cloud technologies such as Azure</li> <li>Experience with internal infrastructure, API usage, and tool automation</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality</li> <li>Confident communicator with business stakeholders and technical staff</li> <li>Experience leading onboarding, documentation, and procurement processes</li> <li>Has experience with Jamf Apple Device management</li> <li>Fluent in English</li> <li>Based in Bucharest or surrounding area</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>certified in JAMF</li> <li>ITIL Foundation certification</li> <li>Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar</li> <li>Product management exposure or training</li> </ul>
