The Associate Director, LPS Reimbursement and Analytics is accountable for building a well-rounded data strategy for reimbursement across all of Lilly Patient Services as well as the execution and measurement of reimbursement services and affordability solutions as part of US customer support programs. This role will work with the Senior Director, LPS Reimbursement and Analytics.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development of a data strategy for the Reimbursement and Analytics team and building balanced measures and integrated scorecards. The focus of this role will be dedicated to supporting Immunology CSPs (Customer Support Program).
- Own identification, recommended solutions, and communication of product reimbursement themes across business areas through clear and concise narratives for all partners.
- Lead data reporting and analysis in support of executive summaries and governance presentations specific to product reimbursement initiatives and outcomes.
- Provide support on demand for enterprise projects and or reimbursement data requests for changing market dynamics and trends to enable data driven decisions for all partners.
- Responsible for proactive analysis and measurement of product reimbursement services for all CSPs across service channels, including consistency in business requirements and attainment of business objectives.
- Providing work quality and capacity oversight for other team members in support of product reimbursement services as needed.
- Partner cross functionally with internal teams to ensure data is digestible and available.
- Responsible for the coordination and prioritization of product reimbursement services concerns across channels. Participate in solution and process innovation to improve product reimbursement authorization outcomes as well as meet the evolving demands of the business.
- Ensure alignment to all privacy, compliance, and legal requirements as well as CSP Principles with particular emphasis on data protection and proper use.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position
Additional Skills/Preferences:
- Proficiency in SQL coding language
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical market access and/or healthcare industry
- Strong analytical, problem solving and investigative skills
- Proven interpersonal skills, teamwork and people development
- Ability to communicate proactively and optimally with IT and business partners
- Business Intelligence certifications (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence without authority
- Previous experience analyzing CSP (or equivalent) vendor data
- Diligent with a focus on accuracy and precision
