Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY:
PAI is looking to hire a Field Support Technician in the Oklahoma City area, to support our portfolio of ATMs primarily in OK. This position includes working in all aspects of ATM operations, programing, assembly, repair, cash loading and installation. The individual will need to be highly motivated, detail oriented, and have experience in one or more areas ATM service and/or cash operations. The person will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment and they must be passionate, accepting of a changing environment and constantly looking to influence the future outlook of the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Make on-site visits to locations to cash load, diagnose, repair, or install/remove/relocate ATM equipment
- Program ATM’s unassisted or with assistance from Technical Support
- Install, repair or replace ATM signage in customer locations
- Support VTS Branches with cash loading ATMs
- Implement and comply with Standard Operating Procedures associated with carrying / transporting cash
- Engage with the customer to ensure high levels of customer service
- Document activities within the PAI system
- Guard and protect the assets of the employer
- Other field and service work as business needs present themselves, within your scope of practice

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months experience in electronic or mechanical repair; ATM experience highly preferred
- 21 years of age minimum
- Compliance with all local and state firearm laws and has obtained or capable of obtaining certification.
- Carry an approved firearm while performing the duties of an ATM Cash Loader
- Clean driving record and a valid state of residence driver’s license <
