About the Opportunity:

WeWork’s USC Paid Events Team is dedicated to productizing and monetizing space for paid events and filming to drive substantial and scalable revenue. As the Paid Events USC Lead, you will play a crucial role in the execution of all Paid Events & Filming business across the United States & Canada. This role will serve as the primary liaison between incoming leads and our local teams that manage the events/filming. As such, you’ll draw on multiple resources and systems in order to properly route the lead to the best suited location, and assist the local teams with 3rd party vendor logistics. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first set of eyes and initial correspondence with all leads coming into US & Canadian markets

  • Evaluate each leads’ needs and quickly route to the best suited location

  • Maintain expert knowledge of WeWork’s potential event/filming space inventory, using internal resources to confirm actual availability

  • Provide initial quote based on the leads’ requirements using WeWork’s standard rate sheet

  • Create new leads within Tripleseat if leads come in from a non-website source

  • Coordinate with all local Community teams to further understand most up-to-date location details and nuances 

  • Fully qualify and convert leads to “Events” within WeWork’s database before passing to the local Community teams

  • Help manage internal communication channels to assist local teams with specific event inquiries

  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless handoff of leads

  • Serve as a main training resource for local teams on how to properly execute a deal using our CRM

  • Assist local teams with 3rd party vendor logistics

  • Assist in assembling, communicating and implementing best practices among USC territories in an effort to streamline business processes

  • Contribute to special projects as needed

Qualifications: 

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Project Management, Product Management, or Revenue Generating Event Venue Rentals

  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to result in contracted business

  • Impeccable ability to rely on multiple resources and systems to seek out and infer answers

  • Quick thinker with strong intuition

  • Ability to interpret clients’ needs and direct them to the correct solution

  • Meticulous about data management and skilled in handling large data sets

  • Proficient in CRM systems (knowledge of Tripleseat a plus), project management tools (e.g. Monday.com), and GSuite products (Google Slides, Docs, Sheets)

  • Highly organized, accountable, entrepreneurial, with excellent attention to detail

  • Proactive and diplomatic problem-solver

  • Fast learner capable of adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Adept at navigating ambiguity and comfortable operating in the gray areas of complex scenarios

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple points of contact effectively

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $90,000 - $120,000 USD

Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.
