Sr. QA Automation Engineer (Cypress)

About the Project:

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of both the frontend and backend components of our CRM Marketing project. The ideal candidate should have expertise in utilizing the Cypress testing framework and TestRails for test automation. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement effective test strategies, ensuring the reliability and scalability of the CRM Marketing system.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Cypress Framework for both frontend and backend components.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, providing insights into the testing process and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to improve overall testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in QA automation, with a focus on both frontend and backend testing.
• Strong proficiency in Cypress Framework and TestRails.
• Understanding of CRM Marketing concepts and processes (nice to have).
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
