ABOUT Hermosa

Hermosa, located approximately 75 miles south-east of Tucson, Arizona, is the only advanced mining project in the United States as of 2023 that could produce two federally designated critical minerals—manganese and zinc—as well as silver and lead. The project has the potential to help power the nation’s clean energy future, strengthen the domestic supply chain of critical minerals, grow the local economy, and improve lives in Santa Cruz County and the surrounding community for generations to come.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

 

As Administrator, Site Services you will be responsible for performing all administration, planning, scheduling and recordkeeping in support of the safe and effective coordination and delivery of all site services. This role is based at the Hermosa Project site, near Patagonia, Arizona.  

 

Other key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Ensure alignment with Hermosa Safety Standards and regulatory compliance through accurate documentation, reporting, and adherence to processes.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively across teams, service providers, and stakeholders to support seamless site operations.
• Develop, manage, and track weekly site service schedules, work activities, and contract compliance using tools like SAP.
• Support site services through scheduling, logistics coordination, and document handling (reports, contracts, compliance paperwork).
• Assist with procurement, inventory management, budgeting, and financial tracking.
• Contribute to planning and continuous improvement by developing equipment job plans and preparing regular operational reports.
      

ABOUT YOU 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years' experience coordinating/managing service providers; mining environment experience preferred
• Proficiency in usage of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is preferred.
• MS word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint and electronic mail software
• Interpersonal skills to interface and maintain a positive attitude and relations with others.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to take initiative.
