Work You’ll Do

As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:

• Lead the delivery of SAP HR projects, with a focus on Payroll and Time Evaluation modules.
• Provide expert consulting support on SAP ABAP and SAP ABAP HR, including design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Oversee technical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.
• Manage project scope, deliverables, and client communications to ensure project success.
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on SAP ABAP development, particularly for HR-related functionality.
• Support integration and testing activities related to SAP Payroll and Time Evaluation.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

Required: 

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
