SUPERVISORY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (POLICY AND PLANNING)

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GG/GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Manage and execute the organization's Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IT and Special Intelligence Communications (SPINTCOMM) programs of record by providing substantive policy and procedural input for delivering SCI network access, SCI IT, and associated messaging services. Manage the deployment of Department of Defense Intelligence Information System (DoDIIS) network-centric enterprise capabilities to provide IT/IM services to customers. Make informed decisions related to strategic enterprise messaging issues, including support for existing IT hardware platforms, provisioning, installation, accreditation, and Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP). Perform the full range of supervisory responsibilities for a mixed military, civilian, and contractor workforce to accomplish the organization's mission. In Addition to the specialized experience above, your resume must also demonstrate one year of information technology related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined: Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
