We are seeking a professional like you to join this team and be responsible for defining and implementing the Customer Experience strategy with focus on continuous improvement of Order-to-Cash activities.  This will include the development, implementation, and optimization of processes through increased use of tools and systems used by Petrochemicals Supply Chain North America. You will enjoy challenging the status quo and take pride in finding the most optimal solutions to improve overall business performance and enhance value to our customers.

 

As a BEX Specialist Customer Care representative, you create chemistry by…

 

• Ensuring execution of order to cash activities are transactionally sound; including order management, customer inquiries, and revenue support processes are robust to meet service level expectations and/or financial governance requirements.
• Representing our business unit in the design and implementation of corporate initiatives and global projects.
• Leading process and system implementations including establishing and meeting deadlines, resolving hurdles, arrange end user testing, driving decisions and actions, and communicating with stakeholders for successful change management.
• Working across functions, engaging other leaders in the organization, or presenting key information that facilitates decision making supported by root cause analysis of events and trends utilizing SAP, Power BI, Celonis, Salesforce and other Global Reporting Tools.
• Interfacing customers, team members, and business personnel to enable process enhancements and develop process controls to prevent errors from reoccurring.

 

If you...

 

 

• Have a bachelor's degree (business management or IT field preferred) combined with your experience in the Customer Care, Revenue Support in the Order-to-Cash area, or closely related work experience.
• Superior problem-solving, data mining and analytical skills, along with your SAP (R/3 or HANA) comprehensive experience and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Can utilize your project management expertise to lead process and system implementations including establishing and meeting deadlines, resolving hurdles, arrange end user testing, driving decisions and actions, and communicating with stakeholders for successful change management.
• Effectively use broad insight of the business strategy and customer care capabilities, to facilitate the development of customer focused KPIs and goals that drive continuous improvement mindset and activities.
• Understand Master Data as a key element in onboarding new customers and/or making appropriate changes for our Operating Division. This will include creating or revising ADET rules.
