Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Join PT Solutions as a Physical Therapist in partnership with Novant Health Rehabilitation Center. You'll use evidence-based techniques to help transform patients' lives, working closely with OrthoCarolina, a leading orthopedic provider. The role involves evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients regain function, particularly within a diverse orthopedic and sports medicine population. You'll also have the chance to learn from cutting-edge practices and collaborate with physicians for optimal patient outcomes.

 

* This position will split between Clemmons and Kernersville *

Your Responsibilities as a Physical Therapist

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome 
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs 
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community 

Qualifications 

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program 
• State Licensure 
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
