<p><strong><span>About the Job</span></strong></p> <p><span>As Executive Assistant to the Chief Technology &amp; Transformation Officer (m/f/d) - CIO of the Year 2021, European Digital Leader of the Year 2022, Leader behind Allianz R&amp;D Hub 2025 - you are on the front line of Allianz’s technology and AI transformation. You turn complex, high-stakes topics into clear decisions and measurable outcomes. Together with the secretariat, you keep the Executive Board office running at pace and ensure the CTO’s agenda is executed across the organization.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>You will work on strategic, future-critical initiatives that land directly on the CTO’s desk: AI platform and agentic use cases, developer productivity at scale, data and cloud modernization, cybersecurity posture, and ecosystem collaborations with leading technology partners.
