As a Sr. HR Generalist, you’ll be the heartbeat of our production workforce: building trust on the floor, ensuring operational compliance, and translating policy into people-first support. This is a boots-on-the-ground role that thrives in high-context, high-trust environments.

- Serve as the daily HR point of contact for manufacturing and production employees.
- Monitor hourly workforce trends, including attendance, overtime, and morale shifts.
- Audit timecards regularly for accuracy, compliance, and policy adherence.
- Track missed meals and breaks; flag patterns for corrective action.
- Prevent off-the-clock work through supervisor education and policy reinforcement.
- Support employees through benefits enrollment, 401(k) setup, and life event changes.
- Liaise with benefits vendors to resolve escalated issues on behalf of employees.
- Intake and document all workplace injuries; initiate claims with insurance carriers.
- Coordinate modified duty assignments in partnership with production leadership.
- Maintain updated records of restrictions, RTW status, and case notes.
- Track LOA requests and ensure timely delivery of required notices.
- Partner with Legal/Compliance on high-risk or complex leave cases.
- Log and track all leave types in HRIS and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Support safety investigations and assist in root cause analysis with EHS partners.
- Participate in safety walks, track incident logs, and escalate unsafe conditions.
- Conduct employee relations investigations with neutrality and discretion.
- Draft objective summaries and action plans for ER cases.
- Coach supervisors on how to document performance and behavioral concerns.
