This is a remote position.
Job Highlights:- Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: 40 hours per week or minimum 20 hours per week options available
- Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM New York Time with 1hour unpaid lunch break
- Initial project duration of 3 months, with potential for extension
- Remote work using provided software and communication tools
- Potential for team expansion based on project success
Responsibilities:
Conduct short survey calls (approximately 30 seconds) with construction companies
Ask four key qualifying questions to gather essential information
Accurately record and input survey responses into our CRM system
Manage a high volume of calls efficiently, targeting 8,000+ leads initially
Adapt to various time zones, covering from Eastern to Pacific time
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience in cold calling or telephone surveys preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable with rejection and persistent in completing objectives
Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry
Ability to work within specified time zones (covering Eastern to Pacific time)
