Virtual Behavioral Health Therapist – LCSW or LICSW

Location: Virginia Beach,Virginia,United States

Position: Therapist - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) 

Licensure: Active LCSW/LICSW license in Virginia, also licensed in Wisconsin and Michigan strongly preferred  

Pay: Starting at $75,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm EST/CST (40 hours per week) 

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of therapy and diagnostic experience following the issuance of an independent LPC or LCSW license. Experience facilitating group therapy is strongly preferred.

Iris Telehealth is seeking full-time therapists to provide therapy services in our Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic. In this role, you’ll conduct individual assessments, develop treatment plans, and connect patients with valuable community resources, all within a program designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health systems. 

What You’ll Do:  

• Develop and monitor treatment plans 

• Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources 

• Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time 

• Use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills, contributing to our commitment to high-quality care
