About the scope

The scope of role includes the measurement and evaluation of all core GBO process including customer order management, accounts receivable, sourcing and PO management, accounts payable, finance operations, financial planning & analysis, underpinned by HR operations and master data maintenance services.

About the role

• Provide insightful updates on the performance of the GBO Experience Areas using dashboards handled by the Performance Management Team

• Craft balanced scorecards and incorporate industry best practices into measures

• Lead GBO KPIs / SLAs and translate data into reporting assets for market users

• Lead service catalogue data to describe the services offered by GBO to supported markets

• Support the GBO Performance Management Manager in leading a team responsible for developing and implementing performance management methodology, benchmarking, and GBO KPIs & service catalogue, including technology interventions

• Develop a collaborative partnership with the wider GBO organization and senior partners

• Support and mentor Lead Analysts to ensure GBO dashboards are updated on time and accurate with quality insights

• Take ownership of the GBO Engagement dashboard, Service Coverage, and Power BI/Power App tools developed by the Performance Management Team, including data updates, maintenance, and development.

• Own the consultation process for new dashboard development, including data architecture, modeling, visualization, and automation requests.

• ·Support the GBO Performance Management Manager with ad hoc requests crafting the future.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Background: A university or college degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent certification level.

• Professional Experience: 8+ years of demonstrated success in data analytics, data visualization, or performance management roles.

• Technical Expertise: Sophisticated proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools, including MS Excel (VBA), Power BI, and Power Apps, among others.
