About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire a Paralegal to work with the Procurement and Legal teams. This individual will input supplier agreements into Coupa CLM, identify and catalog legal and business terms, and create summaries of each agreement. The ideal candidate is adept at finding and interpreting key terms in lengthy and complex agreements, consistently and accurately entering them into a contract management system and uploading the associated agreements along with associated documentation.  The individual filling this role should be a contract management subject-matter expert (SME) with a firm understanding of data fundamentals and significant experience interpreting vendor and supplier contract terminology.

The role reports to the Managing Director of Risk & Compliance Services heading up the procurement function.

 

Responsibilities

• Gather and input contracts into contract management system
• Identify and catalog key terms
• Serve as a project resource
• Communicate with third-party vendors if needed to gather missing information
• Identify process inefficiencies and make recommendations on process improvements
• Document related policies and procedures

 

Qualifications

• Paralegal with 6+ years of experience in vendor/supplier contract management
• Experience working with Coupa or other contract management software
• Experience reviewing, identifying, and analyzing key contract terms

 

Benefits

The hourly range for this role is $30 to $45. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
