Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Georgia Department of Correction. 

We are currently seeking Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for full-time day shift opportunities at Augusta State Medical Prison in Grovetown, GA!

The Medical Assistant works under the direction of the RN or LPN and is responsible for monitoring patient vital signs, implementing orders for diagnostic lab test, and assisting the Physician with minor procedures. Additionally responsibilities include recording EKGs, maintaining and cleaning medical equipment, and collecting data for Quality Improvement programs, as assigned.

Pay Range is $17-$22/hr. based on years of experience. 

• Current Indiana Medical Assistant license/certification
• Current CPR
• Corrections experience preferred, not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift: Day Shift; 40 hours/week; 8am-4:30pm Monday- Friday
