Senior Solution Delivery Partner
CutoverAbout the role
An inclusive work environment is an empowering one. At Cutover, we lead with empathy and enable others to succeed through curiosity, kindness, and self-expression.
Location: This role is flexible in location, but you must be able to commute to our client site in Jersey City once a week, and our NYC office on occasion.
At Cutover, we’re focused on helping Enterprise teams move quickly with confidence, so we’ve built the world’s first enterprise-wide work orchestration and observability platform that enables seamless human and machine collaboration. This year we announced a $35 million Series B financing round led by Eldridge (alongside existing investors Index Ventures, Sussex Place Ventures, and Contour Ventures) and we’re thrilled to be embarking on our next exciting chapters of growth.
As we continue to bring multiple top tier enterprise clients into the Cutover ecosystem on a quarterly basis, we’re growing our Delivery team to ensure we’re able to set up each and every customer for long term success on our platform. Our Delivery team is the ‘connective tissue’ between our internal teams (engineering, product, sales, customer success, and many more!) and our customers. We’re keen to invest in this crucial function to make sure we have the right resources in place to scale sustainably and provide frictionless onboarding and implementation experiences for our growing client base.
What you’ll be doing as our Delivery Partner:
- You’ll efficiently manage the expectations of our global customer base: facilitating client meetings, setting communications cadences, connecting internal and external resources together, and being the true ‘quarterback’ of our relationships with senior stakeholders client-side.
- You’ll become a power-user of the Cutover platform, using it to create project plans for the delivery of client integrations, reporting on progress internally and externally, managing risks, and escalating issues when appropriate.
- You’ll work closely with your colleagues on the global delivery team to continually improve our processes to enable more efficient and innovative ways of delivering integrations on time and in scope.
- You’ll be working closely with resource managers from product, engineering and our broader professional services teams to secure resources required to deliver integrations; your role won’t end there - you’ll be walking alongside these resources to successfully deliver integrations and client projects.
What we’d like you to bring to the table...
- You’ve likely been in a delivery, technical project management or professional services role in a high-growth B2B Software company for the past 2-5 years (although we don’t like to set any hard rules on previous tenure - please don’t let these numbers put you off applying if you feel you’re a great fit!); we’re keen for you to demonstrate your strong track record of success in forging great client relationships through exceptional stakeholder management.
- You’ve ideally been exposed to the nuance and complexity of delivering projects to top-tier Enterprise clients: you understand how to build rapport with senior stakeholders and can deftly ‘influence without authority’ to keep projects running on time and in scope.
- You’re experienced in managing multiple budgets and resources (you’ll be well versed in partnering closely with product and engineering teams internally, as well as technical stakeholders client-side).
- You have a strong technical understanding that has equipped you with the knowledge to have fluent conversations with engineers to translate client requirements into deliverables
- You’re keen to take initiative and love being highly proactive in your work (you’re not someone who likes to be spoon-fed, you’re keen to figure things out and make progress); tolerating ambiguity and bringing a cool head in times of (occasional!) chaos will stand you in good stead for success here in our Delivery team, too.
The good stuff…
- We're excited to offer Share Options as part of our compensation package.
- 20 days of PTO per year + public holidays, and we want you to take all of them!
- 3 volunteer days to use for any charitable/voluntary cause you would like.
- A top-tier private health insurance package.
- 401k contribution plan
- Work from home stipend
- A personal learning and development budget through Learnerbly. You’ll be supported in your quest for knowledge, whatever that looks like to you.
- If you’re thinking of starting or growing your family, then you’ll be in great company - more than half of our team are parents and we’ve built a globally consistent parental leave
