Golf Cart Valet

 

SUMMARY:  

This position is responsible to oversee all activities and cleanliness of golf carts.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Tend to work area – upkeep professional appearance.

• Assign golf cart keys to salespersons and/or employees.

• Maintain golf cart cleanliness (i.e. wipe down seats in mornings and after rain)

• Responsible for logging repairs needed.

• Work closely with on-site service tech.

• Gather golf carts not returned at the end of the day.

• Maintain a log of keys and golf carts not returned.

• Be courteous and respectful to internal and external customers.

• Attend all company required meetings.

• Additional responsibilities as requested or required.

 QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to drive a golf cart

• Valid Florida Driver’s License and clean driving record (preferred but not required).

• Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English.

• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
