Business Information Security Lead

• Minimum 8-10 years in Information Technology or Tech Risk with at least 7 in   Information Security or Tech Risk.  
• Bachelor degree or higher with a concentration in Information Technology or related field.  
• Ability to influence others and shape/acquire desired outcome in areas outside of direct control.  
• Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills to effectively communicate information security projects in business terms to various levels within the organization.  
• Ability to see the big picture with high attention to critical details.  
• Strong, confirmed problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve problems and conflicts and drive solutions through to completion.  
• Strong facilitation skills and a clear ability to build positive relationships with business collaborators at all levels, including executive managers and vendors.  
• Results oriented, well organized with follow-up skills to meet deadlines; has a track record of optimally balancing multiple tasks in a sophisticated environment.  
• Knowledge and strong working experience of at least 5 years with government and     other regulations related to Information Security and Data Privacy (e.g., ISO 27001/2, FFIEC CAT, NIST CSF, GLBA).  
• Strong risk leadership skills with audit experience or exposure.  
• You communicate technical security requirements and issues clearly, without instilling fear  
• You can problem solve and make complex analytical decisions with less than full information in ambiguous situations and environments  
• You are self-directed, very proactive, and adept at multitasking.  
• You have a personal passion for security and cutting-edge security concepts.  

   

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Security and control certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC)

Southern California Base Salary Range: $166,551-$266,482

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
