Your day-to-day work will include:

Aeyon is currently seeking qualified candidates to support the Department of Navy’s (DON) Financial Management Transformation Initiatives in the execution of: Operational Data Cleansing for Chief of Naval Installations Command (CNIC) and Naval Facilities and Engineering Command (NAVFAC). Candidates would have experience with implementing business solutions in support of transformation initiatives including systems consolidations/migration, modernization, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation, IT system audit readiness, IT audit review and IT system control documentation, and/or FISCAM and Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation and sustainment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Familiarity with DON processes and procedures preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to apply Tech. Expertise & Skills to implement Bus. Solutions; directed to exercise core skills on Projects or may direct Small Teams.

• Support transformation initiatives including data consolidation for pre-Navy ERP migration activities.

• Support IT system audit readiness – experience with Notices of Findings and Recommendations (NFR) and Corrective Actions Plans (CAP)

• Implementing data and system Internal Controls, documentation, and standardization

• Familiar with FISCAM and RMF implementation and sustainment

• Familiar with DoD financial execution/accounting processes and financial and business platforms/systems such as WAWF, PIEE, SPS, DAASC, DTS, SYNCADA.

• Familiarity with or ability to perform abnormal condition transaction analysis in areas such as: Unmatched Transactions (UMT), Negative Unliquidated Obligations (NULO), Abnormal Accounting Payable (AAP), Abnormal Accounts Receivable (AAR), Dormant Unliquidated Obligations, reconciliation of contract payments.

Experience Requirements:

3 Years’ progressive, relevant experience. An additional 2 years of relevant experience may substitute for the minimum education requirement.

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with CNIC, NAVFAC, or supporting Vendors/Agencies would be a plus. Familiarity with DON (USMC or Navy) Financial Management Systems, Audit/FIAR, or Financial Systems is a plus.

Education Requirements:

4-year degree in appropriate technical field from an accredited institution

Waiverable/Substitutable: An additional two (2) years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree

Work Type:

Hybrid- National Capital Region (NCR)-preferred (Up to 50% of FTEs could go onsite as required)

Clearance Requirements:

Secret Clearance is Required
