About the Role 

Gilead HR is undergoing an exciting period of transformation. We are modernizing our employee experience, streamlining existing processes, and aligning our service delivery on a global scale – while retaining the ability to provide personalized support during the moments that matter to employees. Building upon the recent introduction of a centralized  People Partner function in the US, this is an exceptional opportunity to partner with HR leadership to shape and influence how we innovate our service delivery and expand the People Partner function globally.
