Role Overview
As a Director, Partner Marketing, you are the strategic architect behind Housecall Pro’s partner growth engine. You lead your team to effectively deliver customer and business value by owning the strategy, execution, and growth of our partner marketing function. You are a builder who thrives at the intersection of B2B and B2B2C motions, equally comfortable activating the pro bases of our largest partners as you are driving lead generation for net-new partner organizations. You coach and develop the careers of your direct reports as they hone their craft. You collaborate cross-functionally to develop strong, trusting connections with stakeholders in Sales, BD, Product, and Brand to turn the partner channel into a durable growth lever. You lead by influence, build trust quickly, and advocate for the partner’s voice to shape the culture and strategy within your area.

What you do each day:
- Define and articulate the strategic vision and direction for the Partner Marketing department, ensuring alignment with HCP’s overall growth objectives
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated, omni-channel campaigns (i.e. email, webinars, live events, direct mail, retail media networks) to drive Pro enrollments
- Lead, coach, and grow the partner marketing team, setting a high bar for craft, accountability, and operational excellence
- Own the enrollment goal for the partnerships channel, executing B2B2C go-to-market motions in collaboration with major partners
- Design and execute an ABM-lite motion for prioritized Key Accounts to generate qualified leads for new partner organizations
- Collaborate with other executives and departments to ensure partner programs plug cleanly into the broader growth engine and lifecycle workflows
- Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of partner initiatives and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI
- Oversee the department’s budget, resource planning, and agency relationships to ensure optimal use of resources
- Encourage and drive innovation by identifying new partner playbooks that go beyond traditional co-marketing
- Serve as the department’s key representative at executive meetings, advocating for the partner channel’s contributions to the business
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with 4+ years leading partner, channel, affiliate, or B2B2C marketing
- Proven track record of hitting acquisition goals by activating a partner's customer or member base
- Experience owning B2B lead generation and ABM motions from target selection through pipeline delivery
- Hands-on expertise running integrated campaigns across email, webinars, live events, and paid media
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to manage unit economics and hold your own with Sales and Finance leaders
- Previous experience building and scaling high-performing marketing teams
- Experience in vertical SaaS, home services, or marketing to franchise/multi-location customers is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
