The Air Dominance Division of Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the F-15 program as the Team Lead located in Berkeley, MO reporting to the F-15 IP&S Manager. 

Position Responsibilities:

(Mid-Level Position Responsibilities):

  • Leads preparation, development, and coordination of simple to moderately complex integrated plans and schedules to meet program and/or project requirements.

  • Leads, helps facilitate, and supports the integration of project/program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functions, product groups, suppliers, and partners.

  • Identifies, analyzes, and reports performance variances.

  • Supports proposed changes to the baseline.

 (Senior Level Position Responsibilities):

  • Leads preparation, development, and coordination of moderate to very complex integrated plans and schedules to meet program and/or project requirements.

  • Leads, directs, facilitates, and ensures integration of project/program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functions, product groups, suppliers, and partners.

  • Identifies, analyzes, and reports performance variances.

  • Leads the review of proposed changes to the baseline.

  • Provides training, coaching, mentoring, and leadership to lower-level employees.

  • Provides subject matter expertise in the development, implementation, and training of planning and scheduling processes, procedures, and tools.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in finance, business operations, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, program management, or project management.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis.

  • Experience using Open Plan Professional.

  • Experience using Microsoft Projects.

  • Experience using Milestone Professional.

  • Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Level 4: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Typical Education & Experience:

Mid-Level (Level 3):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Senior Level (Level 4):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
