Under general direction, this position is responsible for assisting the VP - Property and Fleet Manager in serving as the Liaison between Facilities staff, Third-party vendors, property managers, etc. The coordinator will perform work order requisitions and general maintenance tasks, repairs, testing, along with checking Corporate Office Systems.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Liaison between Facilities staff and third-party vendors, property managers, etc. Coordinate with vendors to assist the Facilities team, including reviewing scopes of work, obtaining proposals, coordinating with facilities vendors on small projects, and reviewing work to ensure proper completion.
- May have to oversee contractors/vendors to ensure compliance.
- Perform work order requisitions including testing of emergency equipment and general building and office maintenance tasks. Check programs for proper operation and make changes as required. Coordinate repairs with HVAC vendor and Facilities Department as required. Coordinates repairs, as required to keep all items in good condition and operating properly.
- Perform testing, inspection, maintenance, and daily operation of the various building and corporate systems to ensure prompt correction of problems and return system equipment to proper operation.
- Participate in execution of tasks and coordination with other parties engaged with closing of business operations at designated Provident locations, including removal of contents, furniture bank equipment and other items.
- Utilize current application software to retrieve, complete and update Maintenance Requests.
- Participates in on-call rotation by responding to calls in accordance with the on-call agreement. Respond to and assist with facilities-related emergencies at any Bank location including off-site functions both during and after-hours as necessary.
- Provide support for the Bank’s Crisis Management and Disaster Recovery Plan as directed by Management.
- Aid in the preparation and execution of annual facilities budgets.
SKILLS AND TRAINING:
- General familiarity with building codes and Architectural and Mechanical drawings
- Intermediate ability to operate hand tools, power tools and various building equipment and systems. May be required to operate motor vehicles and light trucks.
- Skilled, detailed, organized, self-starter able to work independently with strong communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge. Must be able to log on, access and respond to e-mail communication, and navigate through various software programs, used on a regular basis. Basic Microsoft Office products (outlook, word, excel) required.
- Able to carry out responsibilities in accordance with corporate policies and applicable laws.
- Effectively communicate information verbally and in writing to bank associates and vendors.
- Reliable in attendance.
- Available for on-call weekend rotations and after-hours emergencies.
